Partner with One by One to help new moms become great moms

It's been a wonderful year at One by One. We have served more than 300 moms and their babies - all because of YOUR support! And with your help, we'll serve even more women looking for friendship, support, education, resources, and hope as we move into 2026. Read below to see just a couple of examples of how our mentors live out our mission as they serve their moms.

Mission: Demonstrating the love of Christ by mentoring new and expectant moms through long-term relationships

"There were times I didn't want to go through with my pregnancy. I had no help. I was scared. I had no idea what to do. My mentor helped so much. Three years later my relationship with the Lord is stronger than ever. This program really did save a life. I can't imagine my life without my kids, and I'm so glad to have my mentor and this program."

Mission: Sharing the hope of the Gospel and fostering spiritual growth

One of our moms joined our discipleship class and, after the second lesson, realized she was not saved. She prayed to receive Christ and is l earning how to grow in her faith. Our discipleship class helps combat loneliness and build community among our moms. It also provides structured guidance and teaches the importance of reading God's Word and prayer. This mom is currently continuing her education to provide better for her and her child.

Mission: Equipping moms to parent well

"She was right out of high school when she found out she was pregnant. Her boyfriend joined the army, and then planned to marry when he was on leave. I could tell she wanted relationship and advice. She's been so receptive. She doesn't always wait for me to call to check in. She texts me with questions - when things come up she's not sure about, she'll ask. And I've been able to weave in bits of my testimony and walk with the Lord. It's so good to see how much she and her husband love their baby."

About One by One: One by One is a 501c3 organization that provides mentors to pregnant and new moms. Mentors teach moms about baby health, safety, wellness, and development; provide activities to promote growth in language, emotional, social, and motor skills; share life skills lessons; connect moms to other local organizations for support with housing, transportation, education, jobs, etc.; and share the love and hope of Jesus Christ. We offer in-person and virtual mentoring in both English and Spanish.
